Liverpool have announced the signing of young goalkeeper Armin Pecsi from the Puskas Academy during the summer transfer window.

Liverpool announced in an official statement the signing of the 20-year-old goalkeeper, who passed a medical and signed his contract at the AXA Training Center.

Armin enjoyed a successful season in the Hungarian Premier League, helping his team finish second, starting 30 games. Biksy is a candidate for the Golden Boy award for the best young player of 2025 and has also made five appearances for Hungary’s Under-21 national team. Liverpool have continued to strengthen their goalkeeping position, having signed Valencia’s Giorgi Mamardashvili last winter for the start of the current season, while Caoimhin Kelleher has left for Brentford.
